Fruits of Vienna Bed and Breakfast

Our first stay at Fruits of Vienna was extremely enjoyable and a wonderful experience. Els makes the place feel like home away from home, while stepping into a little piece of a story book in the middle of Georgia. Her hospitality, food (especially the pastries and traditional Belgium dish) and upmost service was wonderful. Look forward to visiting many times in the future.

What a fabulous find! Els and William are wonderfully friendly and brilliant Europeans who have moved here to refurbish a historic mansion which they have converted into a bed and breakfast. This 1911 home is filled with European treasures they have shipped here. The Fruits of Vienna is convenient located just off Interstate 75 in a charming small Georgia town. If your visit to this peaceful place is timed right, you might not only get a wonderful breakfast, but you might be able to purchase a homemade dinner too! The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and they offer all the little extras you might need. We would highly recommend a stay at the Fruits of Vienna. And, if you like Belgium coffee, chocolate or cheese, a stay here is a must!

We had a awesome stay here. Very beautiful nice house. Food was delicious and Els is a great host. I would highly recommend this place... Very clean and big rooms. Quiet and relaxing place to stay.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fruits of Vienna! The quaint and charming bed and breakfast met all of our expectations...and more! Our Blueberry room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The amenities were exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were high quality thus providing for a very good night's sleep. The adjoined bathroom was updated with a comfortable shower stall and a raised sink bowl. William was the perfect host while Els is spending time at home in Belgium. He stayed up for our late check-in and yet was up early the next morning providing us a lovely breakfast that reminded me of our wonderful breakfasts while traveling in Europe. We enjoyed getting to know him while beautiful classical music played in the background. Every part of breakfast was delicious from the made from scratch chicken salad and tuna salad, the croissants and sesame seed bread, the variety of cheeses and meats, yogurt, fruit, orange juice and we would be amiss if we did not mention the wonderful Dutch coffee. The decor of the dining room was as beautiful as the decor in the upstairs Blueberry room. The town of Vienna, GA certainly has a jewel for a local bed and breakfast named the Fruits of Vienna and it is a very short distance from I-75! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

I had a very nice time staying at Fruits of Vienna while attending a local BBQ event. Els was very enjoyable to talk to and prepared some fantastic treats, breakfast, coffee. Relaxing on the front porch was pleasant. Blueberry room was very nice, though it seemed the others were equal comfortable. I enjoyed this much more than I would have a run of the mill hotel stay, to each their own, but this was much more memorable in my opinion!

Love, love, love this B and B. Very Euro inspired old world charm. The rooms are elegantly appointed and very welcoming. It was our anniversary and we were treated to special little extras to make our stay even better. The meals are top notch, with breakfast being beautifully laid. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Fruits of Vienna B&B in Georgia, USA for two nights while attending a friend’s wedding nearby. We arrived late on Friday evening, and there were no open restaurants in the area. Els welcomed us warmly and even prepared a complimentary dinner — such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! She also helped me last-minute to hem my very long evening dress for the wedding, which was such a lifesaver. The breakfasts at Fruits of Vienna are absolutely incredible. Els bakes the freshest, most delicious pastries — raisin buns, pecan treats, apple pastries — everything is simply magical and made with so much care. The B&B itself is charming, cozy, and full of character, with a warm, historic atmosphere reminiscent of the early 20th century. Els is incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive, making every stay here special. We had a wonderful two days and highly recommend Fruits of Vienna B&B to anyone looking for a charming, authentic, and welcoming place to stay — the breakfasts alone are worth the visit!
